Cardon Webb
_________________
Another one of those “sigh…if I only had more time” kind of projects that I hear about, but never-the-less, Cardon Copy is a project by designer Cardon Webb to redesign local flyers in his neighborhood into something more visually appealing. The best part is, he doesn’t just re-design for portfolio’s sake, but also posts his designs in the real world, helping relocate stray cats in distress in the process.

Darth Maul
----------------------------------------------------
managed to end up getting massively distracted in the studio today and ended up boshing out a huge doodle of Darth Maul (From star wars) using whiteboard markers.
Sam working in the studio, warmed by both a radiator and a 3-bar electric fire.
Dissertaion.

I am Literally Struggling to focus on getting my dissertation nailed this week. This is partly due to a crack in my glasses, but can be mostly be attributed to my increasingly poor attention span.

Sacha Goldberger
--------------------------------
“A few years ago, French photographer Sacha Goldberger found his 91-year-old Hungarian grandmother Frederika feeling lonely and depressed. To cheer her up, he suggested that they shoot a series of outrageous photographs in unusual costumes, poses, and locations. Grandma reluctantly agreed, but once they got rolling, she couldn’t stop smiling.”

"BOOK CRAFTS FOR JUNIORS"
A HANDBOOK FOR TEACHERS AND STUDENTS
Picked up this lovely little 1940's Educational book. Only cost me 1 english pound. The Book shop round the corner from my house is rammed full of little gems like this. Our course seems to place a huge amount of emphasis on "Craft" as it seems to be becoming more and more important in this "digital age" we livin in. As a consequence our projects often have to culminate into some sort of limited edition book.

virgin media
Our wireless internet is busted. as a result i can only use my laptop within the range of the wire.
It was only after we had paid for the full year contract (in advice) that we found out we had super shitty wireless internet connection. I am well out of my league when it comes to anything to do with improving this sort of thing. as a result I am 100% leaving it to my housemates to fix this one.

This is Tyler Smythe
Found my old Nicon compact flash digital camera, desided to make a short film about my housemate Tyler Smythe. this was the test version. i plan to make a slightly longer ( and much better quality) version showing a full (normal) day in the life of tyler. from the moment he wakes up to the moment he pops off to bed. should be fun.

New Camera/New t-shirt design.
this is the only existing photo of my latest T-shirt. it was a (child like) illustration of Darth maul. unfortunately i washed (and dyed) the T-shirt at a much too high temperature so it got mostly destroyed. i shall have to re think my strategy/get better quality iron on thingys/pay someone else to print them properly for me.

Bike riding and that
I woke up relatively late this morning (11pm) after a quick "Champions Breakfast" (2Eggs, Mushrooms, Tomatoes, Beans, Toast) I spent the lions share of my day cruuuzing around the East-Yorkshire-Rural-Cycle-Path-Scene. I was over taken (23 separate occasions) by people on proper bikes with proper bikey-bike accessories (helmet, sun glasses, water etc) This was not a problem for me (I was playing by my own rules). I got home about 2 hours ago. My legs are stiff.
